Job Description

Our client is an established company based in Leamington Spa. They are looking for an exceptional candidate to support their HR Team. You will act as the first point of call for all HR enquiries, providing HR administration support.

Main duties will include:

Maintaining accurate records for employees
Recruitment - coordinate recruitment, prepare documents and place adverts, screen and interview
Complete employment checks including right to work, qualification checks and references
Onboard and inductions for new candidates
Record complete appraisals and training
Acting as primary contact for queries with SAGE
Provide day to day HR advice to managers and colleagues
The ideal candidate will have:

HR experience within a similar role
Strong administration skills
Excellent communication skills
Be computer literate
Flexible and able to learn new skills and systems
Working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
