RE Recruitment are looking for a Bar Manager and 3x bar supervisors for a multi-venue hospitality business in Cheltenham.

The company have been an integral part of the town''s history for over 100 years and have seen exciting growth over the last 3 years, bringing the historical building back to life. The company operates 5 sites across Cheltenham running day to day bars, corporate events, venue hire, festivals and many many more.

The bar manager will primarily look after the one site managing all aspect of the bar including suppliers, licensing, day to day running and managing budgets, but will have as well as the supervisors be moved to different venues as the business demands.

We are looking for passionate hospitality professional that are focussed on delivering an exceptional customer journey, developing your team below and influencing a positive workplace for colleagues.

In return the company will develop your skills, pay for training for further development.

The company are a patron of work life balance and will guarantee a 40 hours week with a minimum 2 days off a week
