Registered Nurse required for a Leading care organisation, £19.00/hr, Up to 48 hours

Job Setting
The service recognise the needs of people with dementia and other memory impairments and work closely with industry experts in creating the right environment that can make a big difference to people with dementia. The accommodation has been specifically designed to provide surroundings that are homely, safe and stimulating. This includes a number of therapeutic design features created by our dementia care specialists to bring comfort and familiarity to residents. The staff are specially trained to help manage the unique needs of residents with varying degrees of dementia and at all times we ensure our care delivery remains person-centred.

Every home for this organisation are designed for residents who need the support and assistance of 24 hour nursing care and have the necessary design features to ensure appropriate nursing care can be delivered as and when required. Nurses are highly trained, experienced and nurse with compassion. All nursing care is unique to the resident and the level of care they require.

Staff Nurse Skills and responsibilities
Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
Wound management
Administering oxygen
Putting together treatment plans
Overseeing a team of care assistants
Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Staff Nurse Requirements
Hold a relevant nursing qualification
Be registered with the NMC
Have satisfactory references
Have the right to work in the UK
