Metal Recycling Operative

We are looking to recruit a Metal Recycling Operative for a small recycling plant based in St.Athans.

This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday and will start off with £9.50 per hour, but will have the opportunity to progress and great opportunities to develop as the business flourishes.

This position, is based on site so you must be happy to work inside and outside during all weather conditions.It is a manual and labour intensive position as you will be expected to help load the raw materials into the correct containers and machines. You will then be expected to monitor and maintain the machinery as it separates the metals into high and low value. A large degree of this is quality control and being positioned on the line ensuring there different metals are sorted correctly and bagged. To have worked within aerospace would be ideal.
