Customer Account Manager

Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours
Salary - Up to £28,000 DOE

Our client''s, environmental forward-thinking mission is to reduce CO2 and improve air quality by replacing diesel with advanced fuels made from renewable organic waste.
They supply these fuels to some of the UK''s best known companies, and help them track their carbon reduction and achieve their sustainability goals. Their ambitious growth plans means they are and are looking for an ambitious logistics and customer focused professional to help manage to deliver the best possible service to their clients.
Your Responsibilities
* Engaging with customers to organise and support deliveries.
* Effectively managing customer expectations in line with operational service levels
* Working with contractors to arrange collections and deliveries.
* Reconciling fuel movements, ensuring an audit trail from fuel terminal to client site
* Developing strong working relationships with key staff at terminal operators, haulage companies and customers.
* Ensuring high level of customer service.
* Being a day-to-day face of the company for our client base.
