Registered Manager - Westhorpe Hall, Stowmarket - IP14

Contract: Full time permanent role (minimum 40 hours per week)

Salary: £35,000.00 to £38,000.00 salary, plus performance related pay

Westhorpe Hall nestles in the Suffolk countryside yet sits close to the towns of Diss and Stowmarket. The beautiful village of Westhorpe provides an amazing backdrop of scenery to explore. The home has excellent links to the community and the village and offers a tranquil and peaceful setting for the residents.

Key responsibilities:

Overall running of the care home

Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries

Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regard to care

To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to

Managing budgets and overall performance of the home

Registered Manager requirements:

Previous management experience in a care home setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for staff and residents.

A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for all operational management and activities within the home.
