Graduate Business Trainee

A growing distribution business is looking for a confident and driven Graduate Business Trainee to join their team in their modern and fast-paced office in Coalville. Role Responsibilities

Due to the progression of previous graduate trainees, the business is now looking for new talent. As a Graduate Business Trainee, you will:

Receive tailored training from an experienced and successful manager
Gain insight into various areas of the business
Handle customer service enquiries by e-mail and telephone in a professional manner
Manage the customer care process and advise end users on solutions
Complete general administration duties and ad-hoc tasks
Receive full training on their bespoke system and learn about a variety of business areas
Have opportunities to progress and work within different departments in the business e.g. administration, sales, logistics
Work closely with senior management on different commercial projects and have the opportunity to progress your career in the futureRewards

As a Graduate Business Trainee you will receive:

Starting salary of £20,000 - £23,000 (depending on experience)

Annual bonus - uncapped potential

Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8.30-5.00 with 1 hour for lunchRequirements
