Our leading national Property Management client is seeking a motivated candidate who is seeking a career in Property Management on a permanent basis. Working within a highly successful office, with training you will play a key role by managing a small portfolio of leasehold developments in the local area and provide excellent customer focused support

Full training / paid qualifications Duties include:
Manage a small property portfolio in line with regulations
Respond and manage calls and emails
Assist the business with service delivery targets
Plan and chair client meetings
Prepare budgets
Site inspections
Oversee repairs and maintenance
Project management
General Administration Experience needed:
Customer Service focused
Block Property related experience
Keen to learn, develop and progress
Proven client engagement skills
Competent IT skills
Ability to prioritise workload / work under pressure when needed
