This leading roofing material supplier with a multi-branch network is looking for an Online Sales Assistant / E Commerce Sales Assistant to join their friendly, expanding team. Based in their London Colney Depot, you will run and develop online sales through the website and online auction sites, selling and distributing all forms of roofing materials. You will be dealing with customers over the phone processing orders, dealing with enquiries, following up on leads and maximising sales, as well as offering high levels of customer service at all times.
Role Requirements
· You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to deal with people at all levels.
· You should have a great telephone manner with a friendly customer focused attitude
· Ideally, you will have a customer service background either in a retail, trade or telesales environment
· basic IT skills with a willingness to learn new database / content management systems
· Good organisational and time management skills
· Experience in the Building/Roofing industry buying/selling is not essential as full training will be given
