Payroll Advisor | Walsall Area |Permanent| up to £27,000 DOE + bonus and excellent benefits/hybrid working
An excellent opportunity available for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join an established and successful business - hybrid working
The Company
Seymour John are recruiting for a Payroll Advisor to join a small team based in the Head Office in Walsall, working as part of the HR function, within a fast paced and high volume working environment.
The Opportunities
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Process high volume payroll in a very busy environment
* Supporting different payroll processes for weekly pay, 4 weekly pay and monthly pay across several business units
* Accurately prepare and input data into the payroll system, adhering to deadlines
* Query resolution
* Cover and support with a wide range of Payroll queries and processes, including but not limited to:
* Absence
* SSP/SMP/SPP
* Statutory requirements (i.e. Tax and NI)
* Auto enrolment
Personal Profile
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Advisor who is familiar with working in a fast-paced high volume payroll processing environment with exceptional communication skills. You will have prior knowledge of using of using payroll systems and with the ability to manipulate data using excel to reports. Our client are offering a hybrid working pattern moving forward.
