Licenced Security Officer (Bed Watch)

Are you a Licenced Security Officer looking for a new opportunity?

SGC Security Services are hiring Female / Male SIA Licensed Officers for Security Roles to work as part of a team at NHS Hospitals in Lancashire

Due to the nature of the contract, you must hold a valid SIA DS licence and have at least 1 years'' experience. You must be polite, well presented, well spoken, friendly and yet assertive as you will be required to interact with the general Public, NHS Staff and vulnerable patients.

As a Licenced Security Officer, you will be responsible for:

Supporting NHS staff with high risk and vulnerable individuals or patients including bedsitting. Internal and external patrols of the site.
Proactively assisting in the prevention of crime.
Securing buildings and car parks.
Responding to emergency and critical incidents.
Providing a polite, visible and helpful uniformed presence.The role will involve lots of patrolling by foot and standing for long periods of time, therefore you must be physically fit to undertake these duties.

You will need excellent communication & report writing skills to assist you with your day-to-day duties to deliver excellent guarding and security services in accordance with contract requirements.
