Job Description

My client is a trusted and well-known Manufacturer, who have a reputation for quality. They have been established for over 40 years and with 11 locations they continue to grow. They are looking for a Senior Warehouse Administrator to join their friendly and busy team in Glasgow. The role will suit someone looking to step into a Supervisors or Managers role as you will be responsible for Managing a team of 2.

The position requires someone with a driving license as you will be occasionally be driving a small 3.5 tonne vehicle.

This is a fully office-based role, working 40 hours per week Mon-Friday 8am-4.30pm (30 minutes break).

The position will involve a mixture of both office and warehouse based duties..
Dealing with incoming calls and building relationships with customers.
Taking and processing customers sales orders.
Checking customers accounts and providing them with quotes.
Covering the trade counter, serving customers and cash handling.
Picking and packing orders.
Handling and checking goods against supplier paperwork.
Booking stock in daily and monitoring stock levels.
A Driving license and previous experience is essential.
