Job Title: Senior 360 Recruitment Consultants

Location: Doncaster area

Industry: Automotive

Full time in the office

Pay: £27,00 - £35,000 + Generous Bonus Scheme


WARM DESKS - Loads of business to work on and supporting big clients within the Automotive industry.

This unique agency offer technical support workers to Automotive industries across the UK.

Must be a 360 recruiter ideally with 2 years'' experience.
You will have incredible clients to work with from day one and will be expected to build your WARM desk with sales activities and business development.


Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their talent needs and operational requirements.

Source, identify, and attract top-tier automotive professionals through various channels.

Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to match them with ideal positions.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Oversee and manage operational processes to ensure efficiency and excellence.


Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the automotive industry.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for operational details.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A genuine passion for automobiles and the automotive industry.
