Digital Marketing Executive

ROLE: DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
& Eat is expanding its marketing team to deliver upon its multi-channel marketing strategy. Joining a small team, you will be responsible for the administration, delivery, reporting and presentation of our marketing activity.
The role will provide experience and contribution to multi-channel marketing and communications. If you are an experienced graduate or equivalent who has excellent technical skills, with a flair for design and producing captivating content, this is the ideal role for you. Based in our lovely offices on the outskirts of Bishops Stortford, with a friendly team, you will grow and develop as the business does.
Details:
Salary: £15k - £25k Based on experience and job type.
Job Type: This is a Full Time or Part Time (depending on the individual), permanent position (25-40hr per week).
Office location: Bishops Stortford
Working hours: Between 9.30am - 6.00pm Working days: Mon-Fri but preference for Tue-Sat

Who are you?
? You are a technical creative who comes up with great ideas and turns them into robust marketing campaigns and promotions (please provide examples).
? You enjoy data analytics and understand how to turn insights into action.
? You have advanced Excel, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google my Business skills,
along with Adobe Illustrator and platforms such as Eventbrite, Klaviyo or equivalents.
? You have experience in a similar role and want to develop further.
? Ability to multitask and manage own time to get tasks completed.
Key responsibilities:
? Taking pictures/videos and using graphic design to produce/edit images for targeted marketing eg, social media activity, emails, tiktok videos and in store POS banners.
? Write compelling and actionable copy for all our marketing messaging across all channels.
? Create and manage structured email marketing campaigns.
? Measure the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing and communications.
? Collect, organise and analyse marketing related data regarding our customers, their
buying habits and their demographics.
? Collaborate with other departments with ideas for successful campaigns.
? Experience with SEO and Google, Facebook Ads/PPC is desired, but not essential.
