We are working with a global software business, founded and headquartered in Cambridge, who are in search of a communicative, understanding and articulate Customer Renewals Executive to join their commercial team.

Their software is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide from the non-technical home user to IT professionals from global companies, such as Intel, IBM, NASA, Shell, DreamWorks and Philips.

You will be responsible for engaging with existing clients (no new business or cold calling) helping renew existing agreements, dealing with product queries, training and software queries.

It will be your responsibility to ensure the success of your allocated accounts through professional, articulate and first-class customer service, utilising your performance and communication skills to scope out upgrade possibilities, increases in users and fend off any desire to change service providers.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional development within a dynamic sales team, within an award-winning global software business whilst working towards realistic targets with an uncapped commission structure.

You will be allowed to work flexibly around core hours, and the Customer Success Team operate within the hours (on shifts) of 10am-9pm and all members of the team are expected to work one late shift per week - day to be agreed/scheduled.

They also offer generous benefits, including a hybrid working, contributory pension and private dental/medical care and attractive commissions for meeting targets. Due to their location this role is commutable from Ely, Huntingdon, Cambridge, Newmarket, Royston, Haverhill and Bedford.
