Commercial Lead - Nuneaton, CV10 7RH- Hybrid Working - £50,000 to £53,000 plus benefits

The Position:

The role is an exciting opportunity, offering the chance to take on a strategic role with huge scope for innovation and impact. You will be at the forefront of helping us assess and support the implementation of commercial initiatives to deliver Everflow''s growth aspirations into the telecommunications industry. Reporting into the Chief Growth Officer and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team you will work closely with all areas of the business.

Key activities in the first 6 months will include:

Undertake analysis of Market requirements, from both a regional and sector perspective, to support strategic proposition planning.
Scoping work, and analysing business requirements and external market dynamics
Product and proposition development, from high-level strategic recommendations through to execution planning and delivery.
Pitching and defending new ideas and proposals to senior leadership level
Defining and building commercial modelling
Supporting successful B2B tender/bids
Owning product/proposition development recommendations and liaising with the Head of Product
Conducting tenders, evaluating bids & driving negotiations with Suppliers
What you''ll be doing:

Support delivery of the implementation of commercial propositions.
Define requirements and draft terms and agreements for commercial contracts with support of relevant key stakeholders.
Foster collaborative working practices across multiple functions to optimise and implement pricing plans to support growth.
Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to identify and address market opportunities through the alignment of commercial propositions, incentives and marketing campaigns.
Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships.
Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for executives and key stakeholders.
Assist in setting financial targets, budget development and monitoring
Provide process and industry insight for the creation of internal process steps and system set up.
Assist in the setup of a telecommunications department, liaising with People and Culture Team for recruitment needs.
