Head of Insight, Information and Technology
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Norwich
Annual Salary: £43,929 - £54,912 per annum
Contract: Permanent

This exciting new role has the scope to set the strategic direction for EAAA and really shape the team.

You will have ownership and responsibility for delivering EAAA''s IT strategy, maintaining and developing the Charity''s assets and systems and sourcing and managing appropriately skilled resources internally or externally to deliver required improvements. You will ensure there is a high standard of IT and insight in place which enables the development of the Charity in line with its strategic objectives.

Operating at a senior management level, you will have experience of ownership and accountability for an expenditure budget, planning and managing system implementations, use of SQL and Power BI, and will have managed specialist IT staff or contractors.

You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to explain complex technical information in simple terms, building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
