Job Description
Established in January 2016 and now into our sixth year of trading, The Consumer Helpline is an outsourced contact centre based in the heart of Swansea City Centre, Wales. The Consumer Helpline operate various campaigns within customer service and sales.
The main motivations for starting The Consumer Helpline was due to the senior management having a lot of experience working in the telecommunications industry and utilities sector. As a result, a key ambition when starting The Consumer Helpline was to offer all employees a chance of a stable working environment which believed in a supportive ethos and which also offered opportunities for career progression from within.
In 2020 & 2021 The Consumer Helpline was listed in Wales fast growth 50 companies based on company growth in a three-year period. The business was also short listed was "Welsh Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year" in 2019 & 2020. This recent success has allowed the business to expand into more supportive roles for our clients.
All roles include direct contact with existing customers and potential new customers and may include some or all of the below activities:
Inbound telephone contact
Email activity
Live Chat support.
The Successful Candidate will:
- Be experienced in a customer contact role.
- Ideally be contact centre experienced but full training provided.
- Have a good attention to detail
- Have basic IT skills
- Be motivated to achieve personal and company KPI''s
- Be committed to providing excellent customer service
-Be able to working a set shift pattern which includes 1 in 3 weekends
