Overview
2fawcett are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active Global Head of Marketing to join a rapidly growing international business in London on a permanent basis. Our client is a market leader in their industry, with bases across Europe and the USA, now seeking a Global Head of Marketing to innovate with new technology and processes to drive the brand forward in line with commercial goals on a global scale.

This Global Head of Marketing will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and lead a team of 5 marketeers, based across five global office locations and showrooms. Working closely with the business heads to develop a B2B marketing strategy to continue building the brand to develop in-bound sales leads.

The Role & Responsibilities of the Global Head of Marketing
- Develop and deliver a clear strategy for the business'' marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and drive demand in line with our client''s ambitious growth strategy.
- Develop revised marketing KPIs and report to senior management to track that progress is in line with strategic goals.
- Work with the business unit leaders to implement the centralised strategies, tailoring for regional goals and objectives.
- Develop key product marketing strategies to drive sales leads for the business development team.
- Develop and implement an account-based strategy to strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Responsible for the brand guidelines, content, collateral and materials that are created in line with the brands tone of voice.
- Run the marketing CRM and manage service providers including HubSpot, LinkedIn, Lead Forensics, Google Analytics, QuickBooks, and Zoom
- Analyse competitors and produce regular competitive intelligence updates to Business Unit Heads and Business Development Heads
- Oversee Product Development to ensure successful introduction and marketing
- Co-ordinate the production of the product pricing in relevant currencies. Set timeframes, manage imagery, ensure branding is consistent, and ensure price list are delivered to each region simultaneously.
- Oversee the Events Management for industry shows in various regions.
- Manage and build the global marketing team where necessary to deliver the marketing plan as the business scales. Ensure that we have the mix of skills needed on the team and their talents are developed and used effectively. Set, monitor and report on the marketing team goals.
- Build and sustain honest, positive relationships with relevant third-party suppliers and services e.g. Graphic designers, PR and Web developers.

Skills & Experience for the Global Head of Marketing
- Experience in a senior marketing position, owning, and running a marketing function within B2B business
- Experience in leading, coaching and managing relationships in-person and remotely
- Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
- Energetic and hands-on self-starter able to take responsibility for developing strategy, delivery and team management.
- Strong communication skills, with a proven record of implementing and delivering marketing transformation programmes.
- Excellent project management skills; multi-tasking, prioritisation and collaborating with colleagues across various functions.
- Proven experience in delivering successful inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to increase demand, leads, and revenue.
- B2B marketing experience across Brand, Digital, Demand, ABM, and Comms.
- Experience of sourcing and implementing most up-to-date marketing technologies - CRM etc
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
