Legal Counsel 1 - 6 years PQE - Cambridge (hybrid & remote working)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an In-House Legal Cousel to join an innovative and growing company within the Pharma Tech sector. As a key member of this close-knit team, you will assist all areas of the legal matters across the business (including its Commercial and Operations).

Responsibilities will include:

Negotiating, drafting and providing ongoing support for a wide range of legal documents, including Master Service Agreements, Transfer Agreements, Terms and Conditions, Research and Collaboration Agreements.
Advise on governance and compliance issues and help develop internal policies and know-how for the department.Candidate Specification:

You will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister between 1 - 8 years PQE ideally with an In-House legal background
Ideally have experience within the Life Science, Pharma or Tech sector (this is not essential)
Proven contract drafting and negotiation skills
Be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
Be a natural communicator with the ability to build effective relationships
Be organised, have the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise your workload
Have good judgement and strong organisational skills
Be personable with an approachable personalityThe role offers predominately remote/hybrid working but you would ideally be within a commutable distance to the Cambridge region.

Salary at £70,000 - £75,000 per annum plus bonus and excellent benefits package.
