Commercial Litigation Solicitor

An exciting opportunity for a 1+PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a full service, highly regarded firm in their busy Litigation department in Stoke on Trent.

The role will focus on a variety of commercial litigation matters such as a property and commercial disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency and IP rights, professional negligence, amongst other matters.

The ideal candidate will, therefore, has some commercial litigation experience, as well as being a good communicator, with the ability to provide accurate legal advice to clients.
