Graduate Resourcer
A trainee role for a new graduate - based in Fareham, Portsmouth.
About Blueprint
Blueprint Recruitment is a successful, professional recruitment company based on the rural Cams Hall Estate business park in Fareham, near to Portsmouth. As a result of high demand from our clients, we are looking to hire three more trainee Graduate Resourcers. No previos experience is required as we provide full training.
The role
We are looking for a recent or 2022 graduates to work as candidate-focused Resourcers. You will be joining an exciting friendly office with many other graduates and will be talking on the telephone to candidates, building relationships and matching individuals to jobs. You will have lots of daily tasks to keep up with, including meetings with your colleagues, arranging interviews and negotiating start dates with clients.
About you
Ideally you will be a 2022 university graduate with a competitive and ambitious personality and the desire to succeed in a fast-paced business environment. You will need an excellent telephone manner and a great work ethic as well as a determined, competitive and proactive personality.
