Luxury Travel Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Team Leader to join a bespoke travel company due to remarkable growth, hybrid role based in London. The ideal Team Leader must be from a tour operator or travel agent with team leading or supervisory experience. The Team Leader will be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve our cleitns objectives and increase sales.

Luxury Travel Team Leader Duties:

* Supervising, motivating and monitoring individual sales performances of team leaders and travel consultants.

* Set daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals and achieve the department goals.

* Carrying out performance reviews.

* Prioritise coaching and development needs.

* Train, encourage, inspire, and reward team members for their achievements.

* Monitoring of the booking process ensuring that the sales process is adhered to.

* Work with the sales team to ensure all enquiries are responded to appropriately and efficiently.

Essential Requirements:

* Proven sales background within a tour operator or travel agent

* Supervisory, management or team leading experience in the travel industry.

* Ideally experienced in leading a high performing team

* Able to perform against KPI''s and sales targets

* Passion for training & coaching others

* Leading the team by example
