Job Description
An experienced Interim Procurement Manager is required to work primarily on the end-to-end delivery of corporate services sourcing activities, specifically on learning and development projects, working flexibly to deliver sourcing pipeline requirements in a customer focused, timely and compliant manner.

Description
Experience working in a commercially focussed environment
Extensive end to end sourcing experience with a demonstrable track record of savings delivery
Demonstrable experience of driving value from complex sourcing opportunities
Demonstrable level of problem-solving experience of complex sourcing specific challenges
Demonstrable level of negotiation and dispute resolution skill set
Demonstrable experience of contract law and financial management
Extensive knowledge of Public Contract Regulations Procurement in an environment operating under either the Utilities Contract Regulations 2016 or Public Contract Regulations 2015
Experienced with agile cross-functional collaborative working methods
Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills
Politically savvy, with the proven ability to use direct and indirect influencing strategies at an executive level
Previous experience of delivering end to end sourcing activities in a public sector organisation
Previous experience of sourcing indirect and/or corporate services sourcing (preferably within the training category)
Previous experience of delivering sustainable sourcing, including social valueProfile
Extensive PCR 2015/UCR 2016 knowledge
Both high value and low value projects
Corporate services experience desirableJob Offer
4 days home working, 1 day in the office (potential to offer full remote working)
6 months
£500 - £550 per day (inside ir35, umbrella)
