The role - Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist - 12 months - £400 per day
Plan, manage and deliver the end to end operational recruitment process to meet resource needs and support deployment of the Talent Acquisition strategy and plan
Maintain effective controls and governance within the recruitment process to ensure internal and external standards are complied with
Collaborate with HR Business Partners across specific functions and use Phoenix Project plan to identify current and future resource needs (internal and external) and align TA priorities, capability & capacity to meet those business needs
Maintain tools and frameworks supporting the TA process, including CBI framework, Service Level Agreements, Preferred Supplier List and agreeing / monitoring third party contractual arrangements etc to enable effective and timely service delivery
Agree sourcing methodology/ approach with managers and HR Business Partners aligned to vacancies / talent pipeline needs and initiate and manage appropriate TA activities to generate suitable candidates in the right number and at the right time to meet resource needs
Plan, manage and deliver the end to end operational recruitment process (including summarising the agreed recruitment plan, short listing criteria, recruitment process, competency based interview development, managing the relationship with hiring managers / candidates / HR Business Partners / HR Operations / third parties and candidate feedback etc) to ensure the effective and timely appointment of candidates to meet business requirements and the maintenance of good TA practice
Maintain effective controls and governance within the recruitment process to ensure internal standards are complied with (e.g. CBI interviews, assessment / feedback protocols, candidate information and recruitment filing / data protection requirements etc) to ensure that TA practise is compliant with local legislative requirements
Provide TA expertise and coaching to Hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure they have the capability to deliver / support core TA processes and align to the desired TA mindset.
Support deployment of the TA strategy and plan to support future business requirements and drive effective core process delivery including creating talent pipelines aligned to succession plans and talent pool management for critical roles
