Industrial Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our new and expanding branch in Northampton.

In this role, you will be focusing on the Industrial Recruitment market building relationships with Clients, Candidates, and Internal teams.

Initially, the role will be managing existing clients and resourcing for temporary workers.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is fast-paced, varied, and rewarding. Tenacity, confidence, self-motivation, and resilience are key requirements for the role. Good communication skills are essential.

Day to day:

Resourcing candidates
Arranging candidates to fill bookings
Speaking to new clients
Managing client relationships
Following our bespoke sales cycle
Administration
Applications will be considered from individuals with experience working in any sector of recruitment including onsite roles, so if you are a driving expert or are looking for a move into another sector we want to hear from you.
