This is a temporary, Medical HR Officer Band 4 role, with an immediate start date, based on-site in West London. The role is to provide HR administrative duties for medical staff joining the Trust. Strong knowledge of Trac, ESR and NHS Jobs is essential for the role. Band 4 offer £14-15 per hour.

Description
Key responsibilities for the Medical HR Officer Band 4 role:
To co-ordinate and administer the rotation of all medical staff joining the Trust.
Prepare and issue all employment documents for new starters e.g work schedules and contracts of employment.
Provide basic HR advice to all grades of Doctors who join the Trust.
Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms, including NHS Jobs.
Undertake pre-employment checks in a timely manner, adhering to NHS Employment Check Standards.
Input new starter payroll information, changes and leavers onto the ESR system.
Assist with inputting rota information onto the e-Rota system.PLEASE NOTE ROLE IS TEMPORARY FOR AN IMMEDIATE START.
Profile
The successful candidate for the Medical HR Officer Band 4 role:
Strong knowledge of ESR, Trac and NHS Jobs.
Proven ability to communicate with all levels of staff, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Packages; Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to analyse data and process relevant documentation.
Previous similar role in the NHS.
