Job Description
Are you an experienced candidate consultant or resourcer looking for a more senior position? I am currently looking for a Senior Resourcer to join the Resourcing team for Empowering Learning, an education recruitment agency.
As an experienced resourcer you will have excellent working knowledge of different job boards including Reed, Total Jobs and CV Library and a good working knowledge of Broadbean. You will be able to place effective adverts that can target the required candidates, with a good understand of SEO and how to make your advert appear high in rankings.
You will be driven to succeed, with passion for achieving weekly KPIs and targets. You must also be a relationship builder and thrive in helping others in the team achieve their targets. You will be able to develop strong working relationships with the sales team as a whole, as well as with your dedicated division.
You will work closely with the sales team, gaining valuable information about our clients and their requirements. You will be given training on using our CRM system to re-generate appropriate candidates
Along with the usual responsibilities of a resourcer, you will also have team members report into you. As such, management experience is desirable although not essential.
