Job Description
This well-established business, based in central Swansea, is now seeking Travel Insurance Customer Service Advisors.
This is a full-time, permanent position that involves dealing with customers travel insurance enquires and making quotes regarding their requirements.
You will have a professional telephone manner, demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be organised in your approach.
We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic and motivated with a good team work ethic.
And of course, a sense of humour always helps!
Starting salary is £19,500 with an additional attendance allowance of £25 per week..
You will need to work 1 in every 3 weekends. The rolling 3 week rota schedule is:
WEEK 1 - Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm
WEEK 2 - Mon to Fri 11.30am to 8pm
WEEK 3 - Mon to Wed 8.30am to 6pm/Sat 9am to 5pm/Sun 10am to 4pm
