Technical bits that you will get to work with includes:
** Windows Server
** Azure

Responsibilities:
** Offer IT Support to various external customers
** Provide remote support and sometimes face to face support to customers
** Project work including Server upgrades, Server swaps, Cloud migrations etc
** Day to Day Server management
