Cost Manager - Rail

ChandlerKBS provides independent consultancy services across a wide range of sectors throughout the UK and mainland Europe. We work on some of Europe''s largest building and engineering projects and have successfully managed projects across a variety of private, public and Utility sectors.

ChandlerKBS is growing nationally and internationally and as a result, we are seeking a talented and motivated Cost Manager to join our successful Rail team based, ideally, in Swindon, Oxford or Reading area but location is not essential as we are hybrid working with occasional trips to the office.

Responsibilities include leading and carrying out valuations, budget evaluation and control, agreement of target costs, benchmarking, risk analysis and management. Other responsibilities include monthly reporting, auditing and final accounts.

Specific requirements:

* Railway experience

* Experience of £200m projects

* Target cost

* CEMAR contract administration software (or similar)

* Oracle Projects finance system(or similar)
