Austin Fraser has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Lead to join a successful Marketing and Data company. This permanent position is well suited to an individual looking to gain hands-on experience with new technologies and lead a team of python engineers! This company is part of GroupM and is a global data and measurement-driven agency that blends data science, objective media and captivating experiences to build valuable connections between brands and consumers. Clients include Google, FrieslandCampina, and the Financial Times. The agency is more than 1,700 people strong, manages over $3.2B in media spend and deploys campaigns in 71 markets via its global offices throughout North America, EMEA and APAC. If you are a Senior Python Engineer with lead experience or an Engineering Lead, with 5+ years of commercial experience using Python and Django this is the role for you. The Role:

Leading a team of developers
Designing and implementing new features
Addressing any architectural, implementation and infrastructure issues that prevent
the team from delivering software

The Candidate:

Strong understanding of application architecture patterns (monolithic)
5+ years of experience using Python and Django
Leadership experience
Commercial experience using Google Cloud or AWS, relational databases, testing tools and specification tools.
