Role: Service Desk Team Leader
Location: Central London
Salary: £50,000

The Role & Technical Specification Overview

You should be confident in mentoring and leading a team of IT engineer, capable of proving high-quality support to a range of end users, covering a range of technologies, stated below:

* Office 365 admin centre and stack (inc Intune, SharePoint, and Teams)
* Windows Server (Any versions from (Apply online only)
* Virtual Servers - Hyper V or VMware
* Hardware
* Azure and Azure AD
* Citrix
* Active Directory & Group Policy
* Network Protocols - DNS, DHCP, TCP-IP
* Router and Switch troubleshooting

The Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and maintain infrastructure using a range of tools and monitoring platforms
* Coach & mentor a team of IT support engineers
* Review and improve the service desk processes and operations
* Act as a senior escalation point for more complex issues
* Work efficiently to resolve P1 issues in a timely manner
* Liaise closely with the NOC team and 3rd party suppliers

Personal Specification

* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Team lead / mentoring experience
* ITIL experience is highly desirable
* Strong planning & organisational skills
