Description

Ability to run a market research project from start to finish (designing questionnaire, setting up market research tools e.g. QuestionPro, overseeing performance) and analyse raw and interpret highly complex data and present themed insights and high impact actions to support intelligent decision making.
Ability to analyse multiple sets of data from various sources (qualitative and quantitative, primary and secondary) and use a range of techniques for analysing data to build a comprehensive understanding of the situation, draw conclusions, provide clear and easy-to-follow recommendations and disseminate findings, ensuring that presentations are understandable to the non-specialist audience.
To bring to life patient and population and market information in a way that CCG and system partners find powerful.
Provide coordination of and participate in relevant meetings, reporting attendance and providing information advice and support where requested.Engagement and insights

Support the delivery of tailored engagement activities to support health service reviews, redesign and transformation projects using a range of techniques to reach communities including outreach, events, focus groups and one-to-one interviews.
Undertake strategic, operational and tactical qualitative and quantitative market research as appropriate and work with the Communications and Engagement Team to deliver projects from start to finish
Help to ensure that sufficient numbers of people are involved in the work of the NHS at appropriate levels and are truly representing the diversity of all those with lived experiences who use the services we commission.
Ensure that we comply with our equality duties involving communities representing people with protected characteristics and ensure that their voice is heard and influences health care commissioning decisions.
Support the ongoing development of innovative engagement techniques including the Citizens'' Panel, establishing it as a mechanism that produces insights that are trusted and representative of the population of Leicester, Leicestershire and RutlandProfile
