Joining as a Recruitment Consultant you may or may not have previous experience within recruitment. If you do, great! If not you will ideally be working in a commercial role already, possibly in sales but not necessarily. You may feel that you are really good commercially but need a more vibrant sector to work in.

Recruitment Consultants primarily need to have emotional intelligence, commercial acumen, be able to read people quickly and listen effectively. You will be process driven and tenacious without being overly pushy.
