A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Exhibition & Operations Manager for a forward-thinking Events company.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be given responsibility to manage several shows a year across the world, in Europe and America.
- contractor selection
- venue communication
- collection of all cost for budget meetings with Operations Director
- main point of contact for sales and exhibitors
- full exhibitor administration
- building exhibitor manuals
- drawing floorplans
- writing event Risk Assessments
- on-site show management including build-up and break down
- This job is purely operational and does not include marketing and sales
- International travel - once or twice a year.
Person Specification:
- At least several years'' experience within a similar role
- Very good MS Office skills including Excel
- Ideally IOSH trained
