Skills required for the role:-
Ability to use CRM systems, accurate input skills and the ability to multi-task whilst keeping clients engaged.
Ability to take in product knowledge and explian features & benefits to prospects over the telephone taking the sale to conclusion - full product training is given.
Numeracy confidence (you will be working with dimensions and prices)
Strong administration and IT skills are essential
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel
Excellent communication skills on the telephone, with a focus on delivering great customer service.
Excellent record keeping with attention to detail.
Working as part of an ever-growing team, you''ll be responsible for taking control of quotes, arranging home visits and converting sales. You will also be responsible for contacting existing customers to sell additional products building pipeline for future opportunity.
The role includes delivering outbound calls, chasing up existing quotes, booking home visits and liaising with different departments to ensure the successful conclusion of the sale.

Basic Salary of up to 25K with OTE 30-32K
