SC Cleared Desktop Support Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a SC Cleared Desktop Support Engineer to join a well-established organisation in Portsmouth on an initial 6-month contract.

*Role requires either a current valid SC clearance*

This role is inside IR35 - umbrella contractors only - Onsite role

A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Crucially, you will offer 2nd Level Deskside support and End User support.
Also, Hard/Soft IMAC and Hard/Soft Break&Fix.
You will also offer troubleshooting assistance.
Hands and Eyes support.
Possibly, 24/7 on-call support.
Weekend support as required/requested.

IDEALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ATTRIBUTES:

Excellent English skills.
The ability to be flexible as we may require weekend support.
Furthermore, great communication is required, both written and spoken.
Lastly, we require experience in desktop support.
