We are currently working with a software company who are passionate about what they do and providing a first class service to both UK & International clients. The role will give candidates who have the same drive and passion to build a career within a very successful business.

• Develop a full understanding of the products and services to provide accurate support to customers
• Act as a main point of contact to customers
• Providing training to the clients on the system via Zoom and occasional face to face training
• Manage a customer base where you will oversee the on boarding of new clients, being responsive to client needs and cultivating rapport and building long term relationships
• Providing technical support to clients
• Work with the Business Development team to maximise on the benefits of your customer relationships

The role will suit someone with a proven track record of providing a first class customer service ideally within a support help desk environment and able to work as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve is a must. In return you will work for a fantastic organisation who will provide training on there products and support your long term career goals.
