Technical Support Analyst

Six Month Fixed Term Contract / Remote 4 days a week / 1st Line Support / £26,000 (pro rata)

An international technology company are rapidly growing and are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their Service Desk team on an initial six month fixed term contract.

As a Technical Support Analyst you will be the first point of contact for their customers with any queries relating to the companies applications, providing technical support via telephone and email. You ll have the autonomy to troubleshoot and resolve your own cases, however you will have the support of the wider team for escalations if needed. You ll work closely with the customers and demonstrate and educate them in how to best use the applications for their needs.

It''s important that you have great communication skills for this role, in addition to;

  • Some experience in a technical support role previously
  • Awareness of SQL, HTML and CSS ideally
  • Any interest in their industry (animals / animal welfare) is highly desirable.

Even though this is a six month fixed term contract, you ll undergo an intensive training and induction programme ensuring you become an expert in their applications. You ll be working as part of a supportive and collaborative team who will encourage you, and support you to continue to build on your skills and knowledge.

There is the potential for this role to convert into a permanent role too.

Remote working 4 days a week with one day a week in the Guildford office (free parking onsite)
