Huntress have partnered with an expanding business, who are looking to hire an additional Supervisor for their Service Desk. This company are a global leader in their industry and are hiring due to growth due to winning a brand new contract which the thus successful candidate will be given the opportunity to onboard, what an exciting time to join!

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Ensure process, procedural and contractual agreements are being followed correctly by the team
Through monitoring, management and contribution ensure the team achieve and exceed relevant SLAs, OLAs and KPI''s
Contribute to the timely resolution of customer complaints and escalations
Maximise productivity and improve service delivery
Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Ad-hoc reporting when required
Point of escalation for both internal and external customers
Identify and escalate any potential breach of service level or risk to the business and manage through to resolutionIf you want to work for a company that place great emphasis on the develop of its employees and the workplace? This is office based and will require you to work rotational shifts around the needs of the business and your team. This will include 1 in 4 weekends and 37.5 hours per week that will include some later finishes and early starts covering the hours from 7am-8:30pm.
