Custome Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor, permanent position, salary up to £35K, days position, no shifts, various addition benefits that can be discussed upon application. Salary made up of circa 25- 28K basic with commission.

Location of the Customer Service Advisor: Huddersfield

The Customer Service advisor is working with a multi-site car dealership, the role has become available due to growth within the business. The current team are friendly and supportive and they are business the put the people at the heart of all that they do.

We would welcome people to apply that may have also worked as a service advisor, service administration, customer relations officer, sales administrator, or any other related experience that requires you to deal with customers over the phone and in face to face situations.

Key duties of the Customer Service Advisor:

Inform clients of the relevant information that is needed for their vehicle
Earn commission by up selling additional services and products that would benefit the client
Keep accurate records on the on the company''s data base of the work that has been carried out including costs etc
Meeting and greeting clients on site
