Quality Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join an established leading organisation based in the York area. This is a permanent position offering competitive salary where you will be a key member of the management team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Leading, development and management of site wide quality systems, processes and procedures
Mentoring, coaching operations, and R& D team to develop a quality culture.
Ensuring that products, services, and testing will be undertaken using validated methods as detailed in the Quality System
Effective monitoring, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system and quality risk management through trends and statistical analysis.

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in a similar role working within a medical device, biotech or pharmaceutical GMP business. You should be a motivational leader who has experience of leading and delivering Quality cultural change and staff development coaching and mentoring. Experience of implementing ISO 9001 is essential and you should have BSc in Quality Management/BSc in Biological Sciences or equivalent.

This role offers a salary £60,000 - 65,000 and is commutable from Leeds, Hull & surrounding areas
