Location - Scarborough

Working in partnership with a renowned venue in the Scarborough area who are currently recruiting an Assistant Functions Manager, you would have experience in a high-volume environment in a hands-on position and have knowledge & experience with functions and events as the venue caters for a large portion of functions. You would be reporting to the F&B Manager and have a strong supervisor background with an emphasis on being hands-on and you would benefit from a strong salary and tips with the chance to take advantage of reasonable live in costs.

Role:

To coordinate and manage events occurring within the venue
Work alongside the General Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of all functions
To inspire and motivate the team
To assist with the training and development of the team
Work seamlessly with other departmentsRequirements:
