Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Birmingham

Academics are looking to appoint a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for the our Birmingham office.

Due to expansion we are looking add to our successful office in Birmingham. We are looking for someone who is keen, eager to learn and who wants a career in recruitment.

An interest in the education sector would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. The position is a full 360 degree role - resourcing candidates and building relationships with local schools.

We''re much more people led than structure & process, compared with most of our competitors. The business is friendly and sociable, but you can still typically expect to earn 50% more with us than you would in most recruitment consultant roles.

Our Birmingham office has been open over 5 years and we are proud to have built a recognised brand and excellent reputation with our schools and teachers.

We''ll provide the environment, education recruitment training, and support you need, to be a great Education Recruitment Consultant and we''ll pay you accordingly - your realistic earnings in our Stoke office are likely to be £40-£50k once you are fully up and running. We also offer 27 days holiday (rising to a maximum 32).
