interim lead for Diversity, Development and Culture Change

We are currently recruiting for an interim Faculty lead for Diversity, Development and Culture Change to work within Higher Education based near Waterloo. Hybrid model, hours 9-5pm Monday - Friday. Start August for 6 months. £25.79ph. The post holder would provide high level leadership and input to initiatives within the faculty, working with Vice Dean and School Leads and in the context of broader university activities. Specific projects that are currently underway that the post holder would be involved in leading include: staff survey, review of induction processes, confidential advisors'' scheme, mediation scheme. Proven understanding and/or experience of working in the EDI/development area is essential. Minimum 3-4 years previous experience.
