Job Description

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will work within the Customer Service team in Newhaven. You will manage both inbound and outbound calls to manage a wide range of different queries. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to develop on from the Temporary Assignment within the company.

Our client is a well established company within the Manufacturing and Production industry looking to expand their Customer Service team with an additional Customer Service Advisor

Description

As a Customer Service Administrator you would have the following responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls and e-mails for clients and professionals.
Sort and process incoming orders.
Maintain external communication from clients and health care professionals for example, Web Orders, My Pen and Caring.
Process sample orders.
Track missing parcels as needed, and manage returns / collections.
Offer support and advice to fellow team members.
Work towards objectives to achieve set department KPI''s an personal development objectives.Profile

The successful Customer Service Advisor will have:

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner
Self-motivated with the determination to succeed
The ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
Proactively collaborate with others
Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor is preferable Job Offer

Temporary Assignment with the potential to turn permanent
£10 - £12 per hour
Monday to Friday
