Job Description
I am looking to recruit an Administrator on a temp to perm basis.
The post holder will report to the Team Leader and work as part of the sales administration team.
The role will be based in Peterlee and is full time. We are looking for the candidate to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm (actual times to be agreed).
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage order processing, delivery schedules and tracking the progress of orders
Answer customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail
Handle enquiries from a number of varied customers
Provide support to the sales team as and when required
Liaising with the warehouse on delivery schedules
Resolving product and delivery queries in a timely and sensitive manner
Maintaining client records
Ad hoc administrative duties
Planning schedule for weekly deliveries in advance
Liaising with project managers
Liaising with hotel contractors
Organising IG Group drivers - making sure drivers have correct paperwork
Organising carrier transport
Dealing with customs forms / commodity codes
What we are looking for:
Good general standard of education, e.g. minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics
Previous sales office experience
Able to deliver to deadlines with a high level of accuracy
Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
Previous experience using sales order processing systems
Excellent communication skills
Able to prioritise, organised and good attention to detail
Able to work under pressure
Multi-tasking skills
Pay - £11.23
Temp to perm
