Territory Account Manager
Salary - £35,000 - 40,000
+ £10,000 bonus
24 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Company Car (BMW), fuel card, Laptop, Phone + extra benefits.
The role will take a commercial and customer service focused approach to delivering company targets and driving sales growth, both from an established set of accounts and new business.
The Role:
Management and development of existing accounts circa. 70% to achieve a set number of KPIs and targets. (15 accounts)
Review and analyse sales data and trends including turnover, margin, lead conversion & product mix to identify opportunities to increase turnover from each retailer.
Work with all dealers to drive towards exclusivity.
Look for new business within geographical territory Circa. 30%
Provide monthly reporting to UK Sales Manager.
Provide product and sales training to dealers on 1-2-1 and group basis
Attend trade and county shows as required.
Communicate and work with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved
