Job Description
Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for customer advisors to join a high-profile volume retailer who are renowned for value-for-money and excellent customer service. You will help the company progress, develop and maximise sales. They are very much on an upward trajectory, having undergone an impressive new store opening programme over the last few years!
Key responsibilities as a customer advisor will include:
Implement merchandising standards to maximise sales in line with company guidelines
Take responsibility for the designated department and products you are working with
Promote a safe and legal culture across the store; ensure the store is compliant at all times
Acknowledge all customers; be polite, friendly and helpful
Deliver an excellent customer service
Working in a fast paced environment
You will need to have worked in a customer service environment to be considered for this role and will be passionate, ambitious and show excellence during all tasks undertaken, particularly in relation to customer service and sales.
The salary for this role will be up to £11.40 per hour
